储料桶储存胶料，胶水自重通过管道流入计量单元，通过PLC软件控制实现按要求比例吐胶，与停胶。输胶管把胶水输入混注阀体，混注阀体均匀混合双组份胶水，混注阀体内有高效耐磨气动阀门，实现出胶的打开与关闭，配合三轴机按规则路径定量、定速出胶，出胶不拉丝不滴胶。本设备可单机使用、三轴机预留双层流水线空间，可联机在线使用。
